Moss Shard is a very pale seafoam holo glitter. It has the slightest greenish tint to it and shift a rainbow of colors! Can be used anywhere, but use caution around the eyes! Apply over a sticky base or glitter adhesive for best results. These WILL come with a sifter top to keep them from making a mess!
