Jellies is a bold purple glitter. Ah, jelly sandals. Uncomfortable footwear that we just HAD to have as kids. I remember having them in all different colors and wearing a different color on each foot, always, because of Punky Brewster lol! Can be used anywhere! Apply over a sticky base or glitter adhesive for best results. These WILL come with a sifter top to keep them from making a mess!
